  14. Sediakan 20 cili kering (ikut suka kepedasan).
  15. Sediakan 4 batang serai.
  16. Sediakan 1 cawan minyak masak.

Cara Menyediakan dan memasak RENDANG AYAM (recreate)

  1. Sediakan ayam yg sudah dipotong.. Blend kesemua bahan ini bersama minyak = serai, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lengkuas, cili kering yg sudah d rebus...

  4. Biarkan ayam sebati dgn kuah rendang.. Kalau boleh gaul setiap 2 ke 3 minit sbb tkut melekat kat kuali.. Bila kuah rendang dah mcm pekat2 sikit tabur daun kunyit dan gaul2 lagi... Masak sehingga pecah minyak.. Sy tadi terlebih minyak. Terpaksa asingkan ke dalam periuk untk buang lebihan minyak.. Jgn lupa periksa rsa rendang tu, boleh tambah cukup rasa kalau kurang 😘.
