Cheese Tart #KCHUP. The secret to our crispy tart crust is our original blend of flour and "double-bake" baking method. Each crust is baked once and then baked one more time upon adding in our cheese mousse filling. I've never been to Hokkaido or Japan myself.

  1. Siapkan 250 gm cream cheese.
  2. Sediakan 15 gm butter.
  3. Siapkan 50 gm gula aising.
  4. Siapkan 1-3 sb telur.
  5. Siapkan 1-3 sb Jus lemon/esen vanila.
  6. Siapkan Filling : blueberry, strawberry, oreo, nuttela/coklat, cheese.
  7. Sediakan Shell tart.

Pour the filling into the baked crust. Pour the goat cheese mixture over the shallots to fill the shell (if the shell has shrunk, there may be leftover filling). Cara Menyediakan dan memasak Cheese Tart #KCHUP

  1. Putar cream cheese, butter, gula aising sehingga sebati.
  2. Masukkan telur dan putar sehingga sebati.
  3. Simpan didalam peti selama 30minit.
  4. Susun shell tart di dalam dulang pembakar. Pipping filling setiap satu kedalam shell tart.
  5. Kemudian pipping cream cheese secara menegak.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180°c selama 15-20minit. Atau cream cheese apabila disentuh ia tidak melekat.
  7. Pipping filling di atas setiap cheese tart.
  8. Siap dihidang.
