- Uli hingga doh tidak melekat pada jari. Simpan dalam peti sejuk selama 10-15minit.
- Ambil sedikit doh dan masukkan ke dalam acuan tart bersize 4.5cm. Cucuk dgn garfu..
- Bakar selama 20-25minit dengan suhu 170c. Setelah sejuk, keluarkan crust dari acuan.
- Utk filing. Masukkan cream cheese, gula & kacau hingga sebati dengan menggunakan mixer..
- Masukkan telur & esen vanila. Kacau rata.
- Masukkan adunan cream ke dalam piping bag & pipe ke dalam crust hingga penuh. Bakar selama 10minit dengan suhu 170c.
- Apabila sejuk, bolehlah dihias dengan nutella /blueberry jam atau sebagainya.
