Cheese tart. The secret to our crispy tart crust is our original blend of flour and "double-bake" baking method. Each crust is baked once and then baked one more time upon adding in our cheese mousse filling. I've never been to Hokkaido or Japan myself.
This is my take on the ohhh-so-famous-and-yummy Hokkaido cheese tarts.
To make the filling: Mix the softened cream cheese with the sugar until well blended, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Mix in the eggs one at time, then the cream, Fiori, and zest.

- Siapkan pastry tart.
- Siapkan 125 g majerin/butter.
- Sediakan 62 g gula icing.
- Sediakan esen vanilla.
- Sediakan 45 g telur.
- Sediakan 280 g tgandum.
- Siapkan inti keju.
- Siapkan 250 g creamcheese.
- Siapkan 100 g gula kastor.
- Sediakan 30 g majerin/butter.
- Sediakan 1 sb tgandum.
- Sediakan 1 biji telur.
- Siapkan vanilla.
- Siapkan 50 g whipping cream.
Pour the filling into the baked crust. Pour the goat cheese mixture over the shallots to fill the shell (if the shell has shrunk, there may be leftover filling). Every cheese tart is made from rich, fresh Hokkaido cheese and milk by well-trained patissiers in our Sapporo factory. These baked lava cheese tarts are luxurious and incredibly delicious.

- Untuk pastry,masukkan semua bahan kedlm bekas dan uli hingga sebati.
- Tekapkan adunan ke dlam acuan.
- Cucuk tengah adunan dgn garfu.
- Bakar adunan dlm oven pada suhu 170°c selama 18 minit atau sehingga masak.
- Inti keju,putar creamcheese sehingga lembut.
- Masukkan semua bahan dan putar lg sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan inti/filling kegemaran anda dlm pastry tart,.
- Masukkan inti keju,dan corakkan mengikut kreativiti anda.
- Bakar dalam oven yg telah panas,suhu 180°c selama 20minit atau hingga masak.
