- Pukul marjerin dan gula dengan menggunakan senduk kayu atau spatula. Jangan putar lama sangat. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Putar lagi dengan senduk kayu. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Uli hingga doh menjadi lembut.
- Masuk kan sebentar doh dalam fridge dalam 30 minit... Dah bole terap dalam acuan..cucuk dengan garfu sebelom di bakar.. Bakar pada suhu 170C..selama 20-25 minit.Sejuk kan dahulu sebelom di guna kan.
- Boleh sediakan filling yang kita suka..strawberry...blueberry..kiwi..coklat..masuk kan dalam piping beg dan bole paip kan dahulu.
- Cara buat cream cheese...Keluar kan cream cheese 30 minit sebelom di guna kan.
- Putar cream cheese bersama gula hingga berkrim..masuk kan telur dan esen vanilla..putar hingga sebati...masuk kan dalam piping beg yang di isi nozel bulat.
- Piping kan ke dalam shell yang telah di isi filling..picit membuncit supaya cantik...dah boleh lorek kan ikot cara masing-masing.
- Bakar selama 5 minit pada suhu 170C...setelah masak tekan hujung jari..andai tidak melekat..ternyata masak...sejuk kan dan di simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
